- Real quotations from named suppliers, with our assessment of each.
Samples, quality control and pre-shipment inspection
- What we do
- We manage the sample loop to written approval, then inspect before the container is sealed.
- What we need from you
- Your acceptance criteria in writing, and a reference sample where one applies.
- What you get
- Inspection reports with photographs, and a hold on shipment until you release it.
Export documentation
- What we do
- We prepare the commercial and customs documents for the destination, not for a template.
- What we need from you
- Destination country, consignee details, and anything your customs broker asks for.
- What you get
- Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and A.TR or EUR.1 — sent ahead of the goods.
Logistics and Incoterms
- What we do
- We agree the Incoterm in advance, book the freight and stay on the booking.
- What we need from you
- Delivery address, preferred Incoterm, and any deadline.
- What you get
- A booked shipment with a tracking reference and a named person following it.
Order follow-through
- What we do
- We stay on the order after it ships: arrival, discrepancies, and putting things right.
- What we need from you
- Prompt notice of any shortage or damage, with photographs.
- What you get
- One point of contact for the life of the order.
